Queintard DeGeneste II
Pastor Madelynne Lindsey, CRE is enrolled in the Commissioned Ruling Elder program. Madelynne completed theological studies from New Brunswick Theological Seminary and the University of DuBuque Theological Seminary, Iowa online and has been authorized by Committee on Ministry to serve as a supply preacher which includes serving communion. She was supply preacher to the Siloam Hope Presbyterian Church in Elizabeth for eighteen months. She was also Chair of COM, Chair of the General Presbyter Nominating Committee and a former Moderator of the Elizabeth Presbytery. She was commissioned as WAPC's pastor on
November 4, 2018.
Queintard, more frequently called “Quinn,” graduated, May 2015, from Eastern University with a B.A. in Music Composition. While at Eastern, he was the recipient of the prestigious Mozart scholarship for four consecutive years, was a member of the University Choir and the elite vocal touring ensemble, Turning Point. Quinn has been playing piano and singing in church settings since he was in middle school and now composes music for various genres. His classical training and affinity for jazz converge in a style that is uniquely his own. His goal is to use his musical abilities to the glory of God and the enjoyment of his listening audience. He became our musical director in
July of 2018.
Greta began a professional career in dance and theatre lasting 20 + yrs. and over time has transitioned to fitness and health and administrative work while maintaining her connections in the performing arts. She shares her gift and love of dance through teaching adults and children. Greta is happily married, a resident of Avenel, NJ and through her upbringing in the Presbyterian church, has a strong foundation in faith which she has demonstrated ever since she began serving our congregation in July of 2012.
